Zuppa Toscana (knock-off from Olive Garden)

1 # sausage, crumbled and cooked
1/2# bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 qt. water
2 cans chicken broth
2 lg cubed potatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c greens (I usually use a frozen brick of spinich thawed and squeezed)
1 c heavy whipping cream (I usually use one can of evaporated milk)

Simmer broth, water, potatoes, garlic & onion until tender.
Add meats and simmer 10min.
Add greens and S&P to taste and heat through.
