Spinich Artichoke Dip

1 c artichoke, drained and FINELY chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg spinich, thawed, drained well, finely chopped
3/4 c parmasan cheese
3/4 c lite mayo
1/2 c mozzerella cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic powder

-mix well
-place in sprayed 9" pie plate
-bake @ 350ยบ for 20min
