Corn Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 c milk (if doubling only 1 1/2c milk)
1 egg
1 c crushed crackers
1/4 c minced onion
3/4 tsp salt
dash papper

-blend all but crackers
-pour into 8"x8" pan (9"x13" if doubled)
-sprinkle crackers over top
-bake @ 350ยบ for 20min
