1/2 c butter
3/4 c sugar
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
1 2/3 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
-cream butter and sugar
-beat in eggs
-stir dry together and add into butter mixture
-fold in nuts
-drop teaspoonfuls 2" apart on sprayed cookie sheet
-bake @ 375ยบ for 10-12min
