Sirloin Tips

2# sirloin tip or 3# chuck arm steak
2 T flour
1-2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 c water
1 med onion, chopped
1/2 c chopped green pepper

-trim fat from meat and cut into strips
-toss meat in flour, chili powder and salt&papper
-brown meat in oil
-stir in tomato paste, water, onion and green pepper and simmer covered 1 hour, until meat is tender

serve over noodles
