Mexican Hot Chocolate

Heat over low until disolved:
1/4-1/2 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 T flour
1tsp cinnamon
1 c cold water

-boil 3 minutes

Add:
4 c milk

-heat to nearly boiling
-remove from heat and add 2 tsp vanilla
-serve
