Cardamom Roast
2-4# roast
Rub all sides with mixture of:
1-2 tsp cardamom
2-4 tsp garlic powder
2-4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c soy sauce
Braise on all sides then cover and pan-simmer ~4 hours.
(or crock-pot all day on low)
