Sweet Corn Cake

1/4 c butter
1/3 c masa harina (or 1/3 c white flour & 1 T cornmeal)
1/4 c water (or 1 - 8.5 oz can cream corn)
1 1/2 c frozen corn, thawed
1/4 c corn meal
1/3 c white sugar
2 T heave whipping cream (or milk)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

-cream butter and add harina and water, mix well
-process corn to chunky, stir into butter mixture
-mix rest of ingredients and add to butter mixture
-pour into 8"x8" pan, cover w/foil and place into 9"x13" pan 1/3 full of water
-bake @ 350ยบ for 50-60min
-cool 10min before serving
