Teriyaki Chicken

3/4-1# chicken (I use one large breast)
3 c cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 c grated carrot
1/3 c sliced green onion
1 c frozen peas, thawed
1/4 c cilantro (optional)
1/2 c sliced almonds (optional)
2 T oil (sesame is what I use)
teriyaki sauce

Marinate chicken in sauce ~10min.  Dice and fry in oil.

Add rest of ingredients and cook until crisp-tender.

Serve over Asian Noodles
